SPOILER ALERT: The Sequel

Before I bought tickets to see The Batman, I made sure to let my friend know I would be talking during the movie. I need commentary during a movie, laughing, asking questions, all of it, especially if the movie is three hours!

I personally love Batman’s story, it’s so tragic and I like that Robert Pattinson’s batman was so emo. No matter how rich you are being the only child and losing your parents has to be such a lonely existence. Who can you really trust if you have no family, no guidance. And having the money only makes it worse because are people around because they care or because of the money.

Now did he look like batman? No, not at all. But besides the look and the questionable voice, he had 1/3 qualities and that made the movie enjoyable enough.

I enjoyed Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman. She made me want long stiletto nails! The love story between her and Batman was questionable and I would have liked more into her backstory, especially as the daughter of Carmine Falcone. Then again the movie was already three hours. Some movies would be so much better as a series because we could’ve really got into some thangs!

The more drama, the better.
